The Opting approach to the material drying process is based on maintaining the material’s state. Our approach uses submicron radiation to dry the most difficult and fragile organic materials without changing their physical form or components. Unlike competing products, SRP technology can recover energy from the exhaust stream in the form of hot air and hot water. The output can then be re-routed to different injection points, greatly reducing energy requirements. Finished materials are discharged onto a belt or screw conveyor or one of our standard conveyors.
