The Opting team provides solutions for the treatment and transformation of manure and slurry. This involves extracting the solid part of the manure to produce powdered fertilizer (or powdered biofuel that can be used in a biomass power plant). If necessary, depending on the level of investment, the liquid part can be transformed into liquid fertilizer, environmentally-acceptable wastewater or recycled water for industrial use. While the dry manure powder could generate revenue from the sale of bags of fertilizer, the final liquid product provides economic benefits in the form of reduced manure disposal costs, as well as in the recovery of the area formally used for storage or spreading.
